Now to this week´s question:

What is your usual monthly book budget?

Okay. First of all, I´m seriously obsessed with books. Unlike other women, I don´t care much for clothes or shoes and luckily, I have a sister with the same size who shares her clothes with me. So, I spend most of my money for books. What can I say, buying books makes me happy. I try to sspend between 50 and 100€ (about 80$) for books. Most of the time, it is more though. I know I have a problem…

But, in defense of my budget: I´m from Germany and most of the books I read can´t be found in a library or aren´t even released in Germany! So I don´t really have a coice. I have to buy all those books!

I really envy you guys from the US, I´d love to use my local library to save money... :(

Hi Christine,
It is very hard to keep my book buying budget so low but I use the library and used bookstores a lot. I would also rather buy books than any thing else.
I hope you have a great weekend!! And thanks for stopping by my blog. =)

Hi there Christine! Just hoppin' on by. <3 I'm an old follower/lover! :D

My book budget is $0! I'm a poor college student, so I only borrow books from the library or read in Barnes and Noble while hogging their air conditioning. :) If I DID have money, though, I'd probably buy a buttload of books, too! Screw clothes - give me a good book any day. ;)

Hopping by to say hello! Thinking I need to add Friday Follow to my Friday posts as well, but I did the hop! Answering this question is tough, because I usually just buy the books I want. I stick to a certain amount of authors and always buy their titles, with a few newbies here and there because I'll be a newbie someday soon [hopefully] too and I want to support them as well!

Here's my hop post: http://jessica-agreatread.blogspot.com/2010/11/book-blogger-hop_12.html

Happy Friday!

Hi,
I'm here on the Follow Friday Tour. I thought that question was amusing since I have no budget. I have to employ lots of self-control not to buy tons and tons of books.

I'm your newest follower. It would be great if you have time to visit my blog here: http://bookendcrossing.blogspot.com/2010/11/friday-43-days-to-christmas-omg.html

Have a great weekend!

Hi, I'm your newst follower and am a newbie, I love your blog.

I usually spends about $20 on books a month, but sometimes having to walk right past the book store on your way home can be very tempting.

Book budget? What's a book budget?

Seriously, I don't have one. I don't keep on buying books until I hit
bankruptcy but neither do I hold myself back from buying a book that really
speaks to me.

I exercise a fair amount of fiduciary responsibility but nothing so formal
as to be called a book budget.

TGIFF!

Thank God It's Follow Friday!

Hi, hon. New follower stopping by on the blog hop . . .

Technically, my budget is the cash in my pocket. The moment I drive past a used book store I've never seen before, though, that budget expands to whatever will fit on my MasterCard!
